8 miles with the TM class. Oh my goodness, there was a brawl at the TM's today. Ladies fighting over TM's like I have never seen. Gotta get there early if you want a 'Mill.

M and P workout. I still have not done squats because my tail bone is still upset.

Sorry about the tailbone! My BIL broke his sledding and it hurt for about a month before he had it checked out!!

Ladies are very territorial about their TM's and I know the LC doesn't have very many!! Gotta love it when people really get into the Christmas spirit!! :)

You broke your tailbone? I broke mine a few years ago the day after Christmas riding on a sled pulled by a snow mobile to go up to my SIL's cabin. It was on icy switchbacks laiden with broken logs. It took months to heal and I still can't do palate w/o feeling the ouch!

A brawl at the LC over TMs! How silly is that? CRAZY! Guess I'm not getting a LC membership anytime soon!

Sometimes my cats brawl over the treadmill, but I never have a problem getting on when I need to use it. :-)

Thanks for the info on the tailbone. It still hurts ESPECIALLY when I sit on the floor to do Abs. I hope the pain will ease.

Tis the Season of the Treadmill brawl. It will end in a few weeks when the resolution people wear down at the gym. Passes go on sale 20% off in January. I still think that you should consider getting one.
