Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

My run was epic.  I went to find a local running group by my house, they meet at Sug House Park.  I didn't miss them, but I was a little uninterested when I saw the group.  I did my own workout and I was surprised with my time.  3 loops around the park on the road, which was a little change for me.

Pretty sure I am getting unmotivated to get out at this time of year.   I don't know exactly what is keeping me from running and eating healthy... Guess I will blame it all on the inversion.  I do have two people that I get to start training soon.  A gal in my ward that wants to run a half, and a guy that wants to run a 3:10 at SGM next year.  I hope I can be a helpful motivator to the both of them.

Life is so busy!  In a week from tomorrow my dancers will put on a HUGE production.  I just hope I can get all of the busy director stuff out of the way so I won't be so stressed.  The dances are looking beautiful so far... Maybe that is why I am not concerned with running lately.

I've been eating horrible too - too many treats around! Plus getting up when it is cold in the morning and being up late.....urghhhh! 2 more weeks, then it is super duper go time!

You'll have to tell me about this group on Saturday! I was thinking to run OUTSIDE after spin class. Do you know a good loop around there? I'd like to do 10-13 ish.

Last of all - I MUST know when this performance is. Lauren and I would have a good mommy-daughter date! (I'm assuming I know where :) )
