Spin class. HATED it today. I want my running back! I wanted to yell at the teacher and rip the book out of the hands of the girl cycling across the room. If you can read, you are not working hard enough. 20 minutes on the TM @ an incline between 10 and 11.5 1 easy mile RUNNING on the track :) 20 more minutes on the TM @ incline of 10-11.5 1 more easy RUNNING mile on the track. I needed RAD there to hold me back, but I felt so good. Foot felt funny in a different place when I was finished. 1 hour in the weight room.
