Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

7 TM miles.  It was really cold and windy out.  Went to the gym at about noon and it was pretty crowded.  MMGW and climbed over 1200 ft.  REALLY exhausted from being sick.  It will probably take me a week to get back to anywhere close to where I was.

7 miles.  First four outside and then 2.5 on the TM because I was super cold from the wind.  Ran home.  Feel really tired still but at least I am able to run.

7 miles in the evening.  It was really windy outside and it was the evening, so I thought my stomah wouldn't last.  I warmed up 1.5 miles outside and then moved to the TM to do some mile repeat things.  They weren't fast because I thought my stomach wasn't going to make it and I decided forgo speed work this week. 

Made 4 more on the TM.  Then I ran home.

Slow and tired early miles.  I was happy to get this workout over with.  9 mm. Oh my, so slow and tired.

This run was so tiring for me.  I have not been getting good sleep due to teething baby that won't sleep through the night.  Ran 6 miles with David and Naomi with the stroller.  Ran two more miles outside, VERY humid morning.  

TM run- 3 miles@ 8.0 with  a -2 incline.  5 miles with .25 mile repeats.  This was so exhausting.  The downhill was the only part of my run today that felt great.  Done for the day.  :)
