| I didn't run yesterday but this run made up for that. 14.3 miles at a 7:31 AP. Yupppp. And one of those miles was sub 7. yeah. It was actually 6:59 but still, I was stoked!!!! I was actually just running for enjoyment and not pushing the pace until the end when I found out how fast I was really going the entire time. SWEEEEETT!!!! Running has been awesome lately!!
