Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Hey your back! I thought it was my deodorant there for a min. Have you seen a doc yet? I hope you forgive me for forcing a stress fracture upon you. I dont think we should do that again. EVER! They should put on a 5k pool run for you pool exercisers.

RAD, I truly missed you at the spin workout. It's just not the same not hearing the huff and puff and the occasional "NO MORE TENSION" from you. I am so lucky to have a friend like you. When I am not closing my eyes during that class I look around and see all of the mangled crazy faces from everyone in the class.

Burt, I might not be on the blog for very long. I HATE logging no miles.

Teena, I have heard that you are going very hard core on your workouts. Good for you, be safe, you don't want to end up like me. :) They might as well cart me off to a hospital when I start logging fast miles.

Walter, I am back. No doc, just in the middle of the healing process. 8-12 weeks. I should be in gear in about 3. That is if I behave! I would love to attend a POOL 5k, that would be awesome!
