Leg, glute, hip flexor, and outside hips exercises with ankle weights. Bodyweight calf raises. Bodyweight squats. 15 minuts on eliptical. Push-ups, pull-ups, planks. I broke my fourth toe on the left foot the day before we left for Utah to visit family. Finally had it xrayed on June 10. I'll do what I can to stay in minimal shape until the toe heals.
