Out towards Payson and back. I felt tired at the beginng and the better in the middle and the tired again at the end... My average pace was 8:49 wih a total time 54:25, I finishe up with some upper bosy weights and some push-ups.

Out past Mini Gu and back. I felt just awful this morning and I just did what I could to finish. Ankle hurt, legs were gone and I generally felt like crap. My average pace was 9:24 with a total time of 1:10:35, I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. I havent felt this bad in a while. Oh well...

I struggled with this one. Ankle started to hurt about 4 miles in, so I turned back to the house. I had to run walk the last few miles. Bummer.
