I took it easy today, did 3 miles at a faster pace than what I usually do. Did a 2 mile cool down at the end to complete the 8 miles. Time was 1:10:08.

I did a recovery run of 5 miles, no hills. After my run I did upper body strength training for about 30 minutes.

Did an easy recovery run today of 5 miles time was; 45:51.

This long run I tried to take it easy, lots of hills and some flat area's as well, time was 1:52:20. Walked 18 holes of Golf after my long run at Hobble Creek Golf Course in Springville.
