Harrys Hill up. I felt super good on this one! Good pace on the uphill and then I rocked the downhill and the flat. I ran some strides and some sprints on the flat as well. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 1:02:25, I finished up with some lower body weights. I had 4.20 MP miles, 8:15 uphill and downhill, 7:32 downhill, 7:45 flat, 8:06 flat and easier .20 8:30 Cool down. Good run!
