Went down to the river trail and ran a loop there today so I wouldnt have to fight the traffic. Legs loosened up pretty good and were pretty good turn over wise. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 1:04:39. It was a good start to the week.

Pretty Little Hill and then 2 hill repeats part way up Harry's Hill. Average pace was 9:19 with a total time of 1:08:10, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups.

Hills. Uphill and downhill. My average pace was 9:45 with a total time of 1:10:58, lower body weights to finish. I was tired on this one but I stayed with it the best I could.

Out to the Riverbottoms and back. I was NOT feeling this morning... Legs were dead and the turnover sucked big time... I just can't seem to get back to where I use to be. Maybe it is old age. Whatever it is it sucks! My average pace was 10:07 with a total time of 1:42:57, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. Heres to better days.
