I felt super good on this one. Harrys hill up and I was a good minute faster going up than I was last week. Downhill was okay but on the flat my pace was super good. Better than the downhill mile. Feeling really good. I hope it continues. My average pace was 8:17 with a total time of 59:19. My MP miles were, 7:53uphill /downhill, 7:36 Downhill/flat, 7:44 Flat, 7:37 flat .15 7:56. I would like the downhill to be better but my stride was a little clunky on the downhill. I need to work on that. Lower body weights to finish up. I was super happy about the effort.
