Legs were pretty tired the whole way but I just kept on mobbin on. My average pace was 9:37 with a total time of 1:18:13, I finished with some upper and lower body weights. another better week for me, a little more consistent but still work to do. I am hoping with more consistency then my pace will get better but we will see. Maybe I'm just this slow now to so that will be something I will have to reconcile with if thats the case.
