"A Hefty Hunk Of Steamin Junk"

Payson Park loop no rollers. I felt decent but if I want to get back to where I want to be I have to be more consistant... I can't keep having weeks like last week. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 55:08, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Out to Mini Gu and back, it was nice and warm and the old muscles loosened up pretty good. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 52:07, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Salem Days 5K route Extended, I flet pretty good but a little tired... It must have been the short turn around in runs, but it was so good to get my run done in the morning. Hopefully I can keep that going. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 53:28, I finished up with some lower body weights.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and then Took a Detour on the way back just to break up the route, the legs were tired and slower than normally but I still beat the 9 minute guy. So that still makes me faster than I was in High school. HAHA. Mya evrage pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:03:57, I finished up with some lower body weights on the legs. It was a better week for me but I still need to get to at leat 5 days a week, and start getting some double digit runs in on the weekends.
