Treadmilled it after all the snow outside I didn't want to ruin any shoes and I'm a wuss. Average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 29:00, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pus-ups.

Salem Days 5K extended. I had some really good pace at tim,es today but my breathing is a little labored at times... Not sure why but I am happy with the way that I felt. I had 1 MP mile at 7:59, average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 52:12, I finished up with some lower body weights.
