Pretty Little Hill extended and then I dropped of the Camaro and ran home from the storage unit. I felt pretty darn good this morning and the legs were pretty up beat, at least for me any way. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 1:02:53, I Finished up with some lower body weights.
