| 45-minute endurance run class on the mill, kept up a steady 8:50 pace. Nothing to shout about, but better than it's been, and made it through 8 minutes at 4 degree incline as well.

| Pretty decent 5 mile run with quite a few pickups and a couple inclines, ended up averaging not much over 8:30s. Used to be a jog, now it's a strong run, but oh well.
