| Felt quite ill yesterday, so it was time to take a day off. Made it to the Peloton today, and while I didn't blow the doors off, I had a good 30-minute power zone ride.

| No Shannon, so rowed and ran, harder than I have been lately. Averaged 2:08 on the rower for 12 minutes, got pace to 7.5 on the mill. Left leg hurt worse than right this time. Hurrah?

| Didn't feel the muse yesterday, so took the day off. Good 45-minute power zone ride today. When I follow the zones, I'm very consistent with a 10 kj/minute output for every workout.

| Very nice run/hike out Schooner Head and Great Head trails with Shannon. Jogged the main trails, walked the overlook area. Slow but the miles added up. Then 9 holes with Erik and Joe late afternoon, finally played better.

| Did a regular 45-minute Peloton class, and struggled because both calves threatened to cramp after 35 minutes. Not sure what's out of whack. Still had a decent pedal though.
