| Not really fast, but hard. JAX triathlon, did 15 minute row (2.2 mi), 15 minute bike (7.7k) and 15 minute run (1.95 mi). Calf cramp made me start run slow, went from 9:40->6:40 by the end. Pleased to almost make it to 9 miles total (8.93).

| Around WHP from the visitor's center. Was going to run slow, but after a 9:47 uphill 1st mile ran the last 2.6 at 8:11s or better. Felt OK, glad to get the run on a rainy/misty day.
