| 45 minute Peloton run. Too much button pushing, both speed and incline, and my right hip got aggravated. Decided to power walk it home after 4.5 miles/40 minutes but still a decent run.

| Did a 45-minute walk/run class on the mill. Legs are feeling a little beat up, so it worked well. Ended with 4.5 miles, calling it 2.5 of running.
