| Endurance run on the mill. Tried to pop the incline up a bit too much (2.5%) in the middle, so struggled with left hip toward the end. Otherwise a pretty strong run.

| Kind of a choppy run due to work crisis, but ended with a low 8:00s last mile on a progression run. Felt fine, legs held up better with less incline variation.

| A bit of "speed," with short intervals gradually increasing in pace to 8.1 and short recoveries at 6.4. Felt fine aerobically and legs held up pretty well with no incline changes.

| Felt blah so did a late afternoon run/walk. Ended up feeling okay so jogged slowly through most of it. Legs are a bit wiped, so not a bad recovery day.
