| Bit of a grind, but got it done. 52 minutes plus a little change, so quite slow overall but a bit faster by the end.

| Mill hills, though slow (7.0) and not steep (max 4 degrees). Right butt/ITB really hurts after tennis though, so felt way more difficult than it should have.

| Disappointing run. My right leg got tighter and more painful as I went along instead of loosening up. I walked briefly a little after 20 minutes, then jogged until I got to 3 miles. I'll work on it and hopefully be able to run with a lot less discomfort on Friday.

| Took Friday off, busy in the morning and didn't feel it in the afternoon. Came down a bit ill, so that was probably it. Glad I had tennis this morning and hit well, then had a nice time with Erik hitting golf balls inside.

| Xmas was an SDO but regressed badly with GI issues that evening into Thursday. Ugh. Did a gentle 30 minute Peloton today and felt better than expected.
