| On mill, progressive to 8.0 mph. Felt a little spacey but otherwise OK. Leg was starting to get sketchy when I hit 3.5 so it was easy to stop though.

| wl x 2 + a quick 2-mile run. Still loopy from jet lag so again glad to get to the gym at all. Encouraging on the scale though: Since March 5 down 3 pounds and .8% body fat and up 1% muscle.
