| Finally a warm day out. Mostly cloudy, 50 degrees, breezy at times. Short Schooner Head, went super easy and was able to enjoy it.

| Don't usually run after traveling but felt like a slug so hit the mill at the hotel. Felt a lot easier than the ones at JAX so got a nice 4 miles listening to RtB tunes.

| Brisk walk around Sieur de Mont. 2.91 miles per Maegan, plus a lot of other running around due to office move. But no real running.

| In FL! Got lost. Ended with 6.5 total miles but thought it prudent to stop running after 50ish minutes. Walked in from there.

| Nice day, sunny and just under 50 degrees. Felt a lot better for an outdoor run than I have for a while, so did a full Schooner Head.
