| Ran extended SH with 5 x 2:00 pickups. Per Garmin the first was 7:23 pace, the rest just under 7:00s. Tried to run sub-maximal but it's still depressing how fast they felt. RtB in 3 weeks.

| Aunt Betty. Started easy but felt pretty good so ran the last 4 miles at only a little over 8:00 average. Overall ran 67:28 for the 8 miles per Garmin and am quite content with that. Sciatica acted up between 5 and 6 but eased after that.

| After work WHP. Hot and sticky, but at least not as bad as yesterday. Passed a bike on an uphill, so I was probably running faster than I should have, but no Garmin so no data.
