| Felt crappy yesterday and not much better today. But dragged myself to the gym and got a short row and run. The left hip hurt way too much for a measly 2 miler.

| Ran 16 minutes gradual warmup, then 8 x 1:00 hard, 1:00 easy. Didn't push it too hard, and went 8 mph -> 8.7 - felt easier as I went along. Good to move the legs a little faster. At home on mill.
