Trails on Trails (Loops on Loops). Endurance training. If there was a fork in the road I’d run both of them. Started at Popeyes and ran the Mayor’s Loop with a thousand deviations. Even ran around Dixie at one point. Meant to run slower but was feeling pretty good. Started to feel it after 15. Reminder to not wear Pegasus 40s for long runs like this. Glad I got out to work through some life frustrations. 16.40 miles
