AM- Washington-Hell Hole Loop. I fell off the group towards the end because I'm a big ol'baby. 6.54 miles
PM- Started out with top group of girls. Then back with the 20 minute crew. 2.73 miles
A sleepless night= no running
AM- Normal 25 with the boys. Left quad was feeling very sore. 3.27 miles
PM- Warm. I have no friends, according to a hill hating source. Fast strides after. 4.16 miles
AM- Weights and 15 with the girls. I am a little concerned about my left quad....1.67 miles
PM- Checking out the state course and avoiding soccer kids. 4.67 miles
Jogging” around the Timpanogos course. 1.58 miles
Didn't run. I am trying to let my quad heal a little bit.
