After watching my boys dominate again at the Cedar meet I went and ran with my dad. We ran up New Harmony to Pinto road, the one currently by a huge fire. We ran 30 minutes uphill then ran back. I'm still having foot problems.

I broke in my new Hyper Speed 2's, feeling pretty good. I'm going to run in them for this Dixie College "beat the president 5k". They are scoring it like an XC race for people that have teams. Right now my team is My dad, me, bro. Jake, bro. Justin, Dawson, and B.Y. If we don't win, then its just embarressing.

Race: Beat the President 5K (2.5 Miles) 00:15:10, Place overall: 5, Place in age division: 5
Total Distance

I went and ran the "Beat the President 5k" that wasn't really a 5k at all. I started out in the lead because I always do that in smaller races. The legit runner David Smith took the lead and I was already done because I don't have speed for 5ks anymore. It turned out to be only 2.5 miles which was nice, but if it was a 5k I probably would have run a 18 minute. I took 5th overall behind David Smith, some Nino, My dad, Dahlson, then me. I guess my team won.

PM: Got out and ran 4 miles way late at night.
