Ran with some teammates on the trail and up through Bloomington Hills
Ran a little bit out by Littlefield. Then I ran 4 on the grass at 2450 park. Ran in my Nike waffles to the park and felt like I was running with history on my feet.
AM: First day of official practice and I had the poops. Time to lay off on the mexican food I really love.
PM: Ran a good paced 4 on Cedar Mountain to make up for the running I missed in the morning.
AM: Easy run to the running trail with striders after.
PM: 7 800s
My watch was borrowed for the girls so I couldn't see my time to speed up.
