AM- Pushing T (not that T). Pushing Trey around the Bloomington Hills Park while the team did their progression workout. 3.34 miles
AM2- Workout and cool. Mixed in with some groups without a stroller. Just caught the very end of the workout then hit some cool. 2.17 miles
PM- DT without Tall T. The warm up was basically my workout. Hit the 5x90s. 1 with the boys and 4 with Em and Mama W. Cooled afterwards with Giant Otter Pop for the win. 3.40 miles
