AM- Wednesday morning with the boys. Ran a little before and after. Started very slow and worked my way to less slow. 4.50 miles
PM- Awesome workout on the track with Cole, Jamin, Ian, Ben, Jake, and Liam. Found a nice rhythm with Coleman towards the end. Felt good to run fast.
