Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
I am pretty sore from The half, B-ball game, Ultimate Frisbee, and cross country skiing. So I ran with some rookies, and told them about the life of a runner and stuff.
I thought I could run with the big boys today but I'm still sore from the half etc. So I ran Chuck-a-Rama with Tason and Tyson with striders after.
Ran Schnobe Kai with the Hard working Gooldys. I was having trouble breathing and just felt tired throughout the whole run.
