Drive at 5 am from slc...hairdog, oreo, pick up Bishop on way though Spanish and run in the early cold (20degree) fog to a pretty beautiful spot. Was cool adventure to pack in for half a day. Only prob was missing Moonpie. Awesome day.

| Super 24 hours overall with some late night movies, pizza and seriously heinous smells courtesy of the bishop the night before the race. Island was hot today with no wind and warmer temps than I have seen before for this race. Goal to just enjoy the day and keep plugging away. No buffalo sightings for me. Switchbacks always fun and met up with Oreo there in the heat pit for awhile. No pit stops and just felt a bit old and creaky but overall really good with the pace I was keeping. Mile 13 to 14 thought was that this is still dang hard overall and was good to push through in some pain. Brothers are the best. Nice run Oreo and Fred... missed the other two... hopefully moonpie will find himself here one day. Im bushed and not in a good way.

| Always a great time to be with the brothers in some crazy some such. This was a rain fest from start to finish. Last 4 to 5 miles just could be any wetter. Scarback and Oreo smoked me as predicted but I hit about what I thought I was prepared to do and picked it up just enough to come in below 1:50. Too bad we couldnt bask in the post race feed with some Creamies and Choc Milk...but shivering in Nicks Suburban with a fantastic Mt Ogden Burger was TUITA as well. Thanks brothers...

| Pfeifferhorn extravaganza with Oreo. Cool day...views rival any I have seen of the wasatch mtn range. Did some bushwacking thorugh the rockfields as I wasnt entirely sure where to head and we started heading up ridge to White Baldy Summit before realizing where we really headed. Good scrambling to a summit that at first glance seems dangerously inaccessable but not too bad. Usual dizziness at higher elevation but epic and rock chuck filled day...
