up rattlesnake to overlook and then all the way up to Birch Hollow and down the asphalt from there. Bit sore now...couple foxes on the loose.
LCC Quarry trail. Always glad when I remember this trail. Especially when the river is flowing. Tired on the way up and trail poop needed, so lost the jammers and ran freeball essentially... cool but not cool
