I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--4 Reverse Vineyard w/ my neighbor. Nice weather tonight.
am--2.25 Shakeout w/ the kids. Good group before Hoka tonight.
pm--5.5 Nice run on the road w/ the boys--uptempo for me--and barefoot grass w/ the girls.
am--5.5 Rhythm run in the Heights. Took me a second to get going, but this is 2 days in a row w/ a little uptempo running. Feels good.
am--5.75 Buffalo Park loops. For some reason, I was feeling a burr in my saddle and found that moderate was my only speed. Also, saw NAU doing repeats. Pretty fast people.
am--6 Anasazi down chipmunk while listening to a podcast.
pm--6 Ran around during the kids last workout before state. Everyone's looking good.
