I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3 Evening run just to remember what it's like to run.
pm--4.75 Long(?) run up to the Canyons and back. Foot's in the doldrums again.
am--2.75 Ran up to the field below SC middle and did a bit of grass running. Trying to strengthen the feet and legs.
am--12 Started at Wildcat Canyon and went down the West Rim Trail. The whole thing is ~20 miles, but after 12 my foot was aching and my buddy was lagging, so it turned into a hike. We live in a very beautiful part of the world.
