| | pm--4 Weird day. Found out the boy was a false alarm. I'm destined to be surrounded by women. And the ankle/tendon is still pretty sore. But I promised myself I would get out everyday but Sunday. So I strapped on the minimals and headed out for a short jaunt. |

| | am--15 Sockless miles from home out to the far end of the Anasazi Trail and back. Ended up being a little over 10 miles in the dirt. The feet held up pretty well in less shoe. Had Joanna Newsom, Bon Iver, and Iron & Wine for company. |

am--11 Rode out to Kayenta w/ my mom, Ann, and Jody. Ran a few miles w/ Jody into Ivins then I went down the Parkway. Hit 4X 1 mile @ sub-7:00 pace w/ .5 recovery jog in between. Never felt like I was pushing pushing but felt it in the legs. Nice run.
pm--6 Easy night run. The temps were perfect. Ran up on the short Canyons loop.

| | pm--5.25 Try as I might, I couldn't talk myself out of running. It happens every once in a while. I don't want to run, but I can say that I've yet to regret a run afterward. The temps were, once again, perfect. The calves were a little tight. Other than that, felt pretty great. |
