35 minutes elliptical and then lower body weights to finish up. Right leg seems to be coming around so I might try a run in the morning.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and back. Lower left leg seemed like it was good but we will see. My average pace was 9:20 with a total time of 57:17, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. Legs were tired like they were the last 5k of the race a few weeks ago. I sure wish they would come back to how they use to be I'm a good minute slower on my easy runs and about 2 minutes as far as race pace is... Not sure why.
