I ran this for Charlie Kirk. Such a sad day. No one deserves that. He was a man of God and a great Father and Husband and a true Patriot. My average pace was 7:55 with a total time of 1:03:26. I had 6 MP Miles at 7:56, 7:51, 7:44, 7:37, 7:30, 7:52. I'm pretty happy with the effort. I have some kind of Alergy or cold that I'm dealing with and I was lacking energy. heres to a better day.
