My legs felt decent today so I tried some speed work. 4 mile Progression run, 8:30, 8:08, 7:56, 8:08. Breathing was a little labored but not to bad. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 1:03:09, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. It was a decent effort and I'm happy with it.
