"A Hefty Hunk Of Steamin Junk"

Salem Days 5K route extended, I just wanted to stay close to the house incase Cindie needed anything. Turnover and pace were a lot better this morning which was a nice suprise. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 1:02:54, I had 1 Mp mile at the end, 8:09. I finished up with upper body weight training and some puch-ups.

Pretty Little Hill extended. Legs felt a little tired this morning but I got here done, my average pace was 8:42 with a total time of 1:02:24, i finished up with some lower body weights.

I felt horrible this morning. Wobbly legs and stomach issues the whoile way. But, I got her done. My average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 55:23, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some psuh-ups. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.

First Loafer Canyon run, I didn't go all the way to the gate but almost... I should be good to go all the way to the gate next week. I took it easy on the uphill and the downhill but I seemed okay both ways. Stronger on the uphill for sure so I have some work to do on my dwonhill training. I finished up with some lower body weight training. Average pace was 9:28 with a total time of 59:48.

Usual Saturday route. I felt pretty tired most of the run and the legs crashed again but not as bad as last Saturday, the last 3 miles I seemed to have more energy which was a nice surprise but I still have a long way to go. My average pace was 9:11 with a total time of 2:36:53.
