| Out to Payson Park and back via canal road, I felt a little sluggish but I'm glad I was able to get out. My pace was slow but steady and my average was 9:11 with a total time of 1:06:34, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.

| Mini Gu Corner and back, I ran some pickups on the way back but the legs struggled. They just won't go like I want them too. Damn covid has messed me up. My average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 1:01:57, I finished up with some lower body weights.

| I just ran along Canal road, legs were trashed for the most part which means I must have pushed them pretty good yesterday. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 58:08, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push ups.

| Harrys Hill Down via Mount Loafer School and the Mailboxes, I felt pretty good and I was the same pace on the flat after Harry's Hill as I was on the downhill portion so that is progress. My average pace was 8:53 with a total time of 1:03:37, I finished up with lower body weights. MP miles were 8:05 downhill, 8:00 mostly flat, 8:02 flat.

| Riverbottoms loop as usual, I felt decent at times today and then not so good at times... My pace was about like last week slower than normal. Average was 9:01 with a total time of 1:58:29, I really crashed hard on mile 13 so I decided to stop for the day... It was a warmer day for sure.
