Out towards Mini Gu Corner and back avoiding the construction. I felt pretty good on this one and it was a pretty nice afternoon. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 54:25, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.

Just toolin and Mobbin around Salem. I felt pretty darn good. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time if 45:52, I finished up with lower body weights and push-ups. I had 1 MP mile at 8:01 and 8:14. I also went skiing earlier this morning so that is the cross training. Great work out on the legs both running and the downhill skiing.

Out past Gu Corner and down into the riverbottoms, I felt pretty good for the distance and I hung in there pretty good for the most part. My average pace was 8:50 with a total time if 1:33:02, I finished with some lower and upper body weights and some push-ups. I need to get more consistant during the week. I need to stop missing a day here or two days there...
