Up Loafer Canyon a little and then over to Woddland Hills Drive and then down to canal road and then home. I felt good on the uphill but downhill was rough and not fun. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 1:04:16, 1 MP 8 at 8:15 .15 7:50, I finished up with lower body weights.
