My legs finally felt like running this morning, so I ran the Payson Park Loop and extended down to the Park. My pace was steady but by the end of the run I was feeling a little tired, but it was a great run and I'm so happy that my legs are feeling better. My average pace was 8:29 with a total time of 1:00:50, after the run I did my upper body weight training, I just kept it lite with one set of each exercise, finished up with some push-ups. I was able to talk to Abby over Skype yesterday, it was so good to see her. She is an awesome missionary and is doing a great job, I am so, so proud of her.
