| Washington coastal trail! Started at third beach and went south for five. Awesomeness! Knee held its own for the most part.

| HohRainforest trail. Epicness. An out and back from the Hoh river trail head in Olympic national park. First run in the new cascadias - they felt great. Knee held up ok- definitely need to rehab it, but moments of cruising. The trail was great medicine for it. Thanks broski's was an epic trip..
