Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
2 x 2 mile tempo. Ran up Emmeline with the kids for 2 miles(5:46, 5:41) from Butterfield Park. Did tempo down Emmeline to Mirabella Trail. Mile recover to Butterfield Park. Tempo from Butterfield to almost home via Mount Ogden (5:47, 5:49 had to stop for a car). Mile cool down. 6:46 ave for the run.
Ran down to the Parkway through Bluffdale and Riverton and then did 8 on the trails, 2 out north and back and 2 south and back. 6:44 ave, with a 6:01 last mile. Got rained on the whole run, got drenched in the first 10.
