1st dam 1000 North loop. I felt tight but actually felt pretty good and ran a good time. I went in the afternoon and it was pretty hot, but I felt good. 33:49

I originally planned to do a bonneville trail loop, but when I got to the end of the trail I decided to go up green canyon. I started up the canyon and got on a different dirt road that went north. I went north into what I thought was Hyde Park, in these huge houses on the mountain. I made my way down to 1600 east and follwed that road back into Logan, around the University and home. It was a difficult run, but I ran very well. When I started about 6pm it was still in the 80s, and when I finished it was cool and in the 60s. 1:30:22

I did a loop where I ran up the hill on 10th N and down the hill on 12th E and headed down to 1900 N in North Logan. I then went up to 1600 E, past Lundstrom Park and around the University and home. Early morning run, nice and cool, I really was flying the last couple of miles. 35:50.

Upto 2nd dam and back. It was an early morning run, and I didn't feel ythat great, probably because I have had some tough runs this week so far. It was my slowest time of the year on this run. 1:17:39

I started up at Hardware Ranch just below the start of TOU and ran all the way home, down the canyon, along TOU 1/2 course, into River Heights, down on the Island and home on 6th E. That dugway hill is a bugger after 23 miles! I ran all the way down the canyon into a head wind, and then when I headed North it was a North wind, so my whole run was into a head wind, and I saw 1 minute of sun the entire run. I got a late start, about 11:30, because it had been raining all morning and night, and all day yesterday. There was snow most of the way down the mountain, so I ran the whole run with a long sleeve shirt and gloves on. It was probably about 40 degrees, which is a major difference from the 80s earlier this week. Other than the cold, wind, little bit of rain, and the fact that I ran 24.5 miles all by myself, it was a good run. I felt okay other than fatigue. I planted some GU2o and that seemed to work pretty good for me. I got home right before it start to hail marble size chunks of hail, lucky for me. I ran an extra 1/4 mile when I got home so that I could hit 58 miles this week, my biggest week in at least 5 years. 2:56:43
