Personal: I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

| WBR Legs 23 and 24 From Wanship to Rockport res. 10 miles at 3:30am all uphill pretty much. Paul rode his bike with me the whole way. 1:07:22 Legs 35 and 36 at about 10:00am. I felt like crap as soon as I started. I had to run up over the mountain for the first mile, then straight down the mountain for the remainder. My whole body was cramping, even my intercostal muscles. My teamates left me at 4 miles to go and it was very hot. I struggled in and we still broke 20 hours, won the Ultra division by almost 3 hours, and made 6th overall. It was a great experience overall, and one the hardest things that I have ever done. | Add Comment |
